I was sorry to hear about the death of Oliver Sachs today. He appears to have died a couple of days ago. I'm surprised there hasn't been more about him in the news. I enjoyed many of his books, particularly
Uncle Tungsten and remember a couple of pieces about him and by him in
The New York Review of Books over the years. Always an interesting writer.
