Miscellaneous: Nine-dollar Bread

I was a bit startled recently by seeing a loaf of bread on sale at my local Whole Foods for $9. I'm sure it's good bread, but $9? Ingredients are simply flour (albeit some of it organic), water, and salt. $9?
