Found Art: Sewer Lid and Parking Lot Blue, Santa Rosa, (January 25, 2011)

Where I live, parking spaces reserved for handicapped drivers are marked in blue, a fairly unusual color for pavement markings (most are yellow or white, occasionally they are red). This is a fragment of the blue marking a handicapped space that happens to be atop a sewer inlet. Found art.
