Music I'm Listening To: Jazz in Sonoma (August 21, 2009)

Wow! Great evening of jazz at The Plaza Bistro in Sonoma tonight. Vince Lateano on drums, Peter Barshay on bass, Bob Kenmatsu on tenor sax, and Sam Grobe Heintz on piano. Later in the evening there were two sit-ins--Kent Cohea on tenor sax and Chris Amberger on bass. Really top-notch playing--and free to boot. Well, we had to pay for the food and wine--but that was good, too.
